Brief Description:

Our Client is pursuing an aggressive growth plan to be a disruptive and transformative partner to clients leveraging full service CRO services, FSP services in regulatory, safety and technology along with the enabling domain consulting services and insights from our NETs networks with more than 100 clients. 

Job Function:

Provide data analysis services to a portfolio of industry networks – includes data validation, cleaning, analysis, and modelling

  • Support the overall benchmark process, in terms of survey design, data collection, and guidance on use of tools
  • Conduct trend analysis to surface key insights themes Brings latest thinking / insight and content
  • Provide design, development and analytical support to other ad hoc network surveys,
  • Work with network team and thought leads to design and develop the overall benchmark process and results

Derive key themes / insights from the data   

  • Surface insights, key messages and industry trends through interpretation and understanding of both annual and cumulative data
  • Present and develop data insights and messages to internal Networks team and prepare final messaging for clients
  • Provide support to member feedback meetings across all networks (Pv, labeling and other)

Build client presentations to summarize and present benchmark data insights

  • Prepare benchmark summary presentations for network members
  • Include industry trends and individual company comparative analysis
  • Build credible relationships with network members, through data validation and benchmark support


Develop existing network data analysis exercises into industry leading offerings

  • Input into survey design and analysis tool decisions
  • Update and implement processes for data collection, validation, cleaning and modelling
  • Develop solutions for working with legacy data sets and for providing on-demand access to survey results to respondents
  • Propose additional data cuts/uses of data

Analyze data resulting from planned and ad-hoc network surveys


  • Configure and test data visualization tools
  • Carry out analysis of yearly benchmark data and data from any ad-hoc surveys, bringing this together with legacy/cumulative data where appropriate
  • Surface trends and key insights from the data


Present results of data analysis


  • Prepare insights and messages in PPT format for discussion with internal team
  • Work with other team members to prepare feedback meetings for network members


Job Requirement:

  • 2-3 years in data analysis and interpretation
  • Understanding & application of analytical tools and process (e.g. QlikView, spot fire, etc.,)
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficient in Powerpoint
  • Strong ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights and trends
  • Exceptional ability to present and visualize data, including the creation of infographics and summaries in addition to more detailed representations.
  • Ability to summarise, present and otherwise communicate data insights and messages to team and clients
  • Proven analytical rigor / capability, Team collaboration skills, independent thinker, insight generation, stakeholder and client partnering
  • Some travel required (30%), remote working with ability to work in EU time zone
  • Experience in life science environment preferred
