Job Function:

  • Ensure proper goal setting and sales planning and implementation to allow us focus on the right markets and clients including classic IT sales and modern subscription-based cloud sales models
  • Work with the Executive team and Practice Leads to leverage knowledge to ensure alignment with the overall organization strategy and identify leads to develop
  • Qualify, sell and close leads/opportunities
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by focusing on customer needs first, and managing, escalating, and/or orchestrating sales and delivery success
  • Meet or exceed your revenue and priority targets, ensuring you execute in accordance with internal processes and tools
  • Anticipate market changes to drive relevant cloud technology and solutions to customers
  • Building trust with clients’ stakeholders especially the cloud technology decision makers and translating their needs into opportunities to showcase our capabilities and deliver our IT consultancy services
  • Achieve results by understanding our services and drivers and customer priorities, hunting for new opportunities keeping in mind the positioning of our solutions
  • Orchestrate the internal technical teams engaged in the opportunity, taking responsibility for the end to end sales cycle and leveraging repeatable solutions offerings to accelerate and win deals

 

Job Requirement:

  • 10+ year’ experience selling IT solutions including: Scala and Java technologies, FastData solutions, Software development and maintenance.
  • 3+ years’ experience selling IT solutions including cloud technology and solutions to enterprise customers. Proven sales success and expertise
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Executes recognized sales methods, processes and tools
  • Bachelor’s degree with exposure to Information Technology (or equivalent) is preferred
  • German and English fluency are a must
  • Eligibility to work in the EU zone.
