Hadron Talent Center is looking for an experienced IT recruiter, with a minimum of 2 years IT recruitment experience, who is interested in a role in Recruitment in the heart of Budapest.

 

We are a European workforce management consultancy company, offering a wide range of services within the IT, Pharma and Finance sector.

 

ACTIVITIES:

  • Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts on a wide range of media, multiple job boards, social media, etc
  • Leveraging social media to best advantage to network, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers
  • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
  • Using our extensive candidate database to match the right person to the client's vacancy
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests
  • Creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
  • Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants
  • Briefing the candidate about the Client, the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the relevant job
  • Preparing CV in correspondence to required templates
  • Scheduling interviews for candidates and feedback interview results
  • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates (more often done by the BDM, but confidence and strong communication skills are a must, should this need arise)
  • Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression
  • Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs
  • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies
  • Visiting clients to build and develop relationships
  • Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluency in English is required, any other European languages are a plus
  • 2+ years relevant work experience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite, and at least 1 ATS or CRM
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
