Hadron Talent Center is looking for an experienced IT recruiter, with a minimum of 2 years IT recruitment experience, who is interested in a role in Recruitment in the heart of Budapest.

 

We are a European workforce management consultancy company, offering a wide range of services within the IT, Pharma and Finance sector.

 

ACTIVITIES:

  • Advertisingvacancies  by  drafting  and  placing  adverts  on a  wide  range  of media,  multiple job boards, social media, etc
  • Headhunting-  identifying  and  approaching  suitable  candidates  
  • Partner with the business to deeply understand both technical and cultural fit, for current roles and potential roles to build pipeline
  • Build on effective strategy to create and invest in the digital market through alternative, conventional and non-conventional disruptive platforms and continuously measure their ROIs
  • Strategies different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
  • Work with data / market insights to build a true business partnership.
  • Work with Hiring Managers / Directors / VPs to collaborate on hiring plans to meet staffing needs
  • Responsible for being POC for In-House recruitment needs
  • Usingour extensive  candidate  database  to match  the  right  person  to  the  client's vacancy
  • Receivingand  reviewing  applications,  managing  interviews  and  tests
  • Creatinga  shortlist  of  candidates  for the  client
  • Requestingreferences  and  checking  the  suitability  of  applicants
  • Briefingthe  candidate  about  the  Client, the  responsibilities,  salary  and  benefits of  the  relevant  job
  • PreparingCV  in  correspondence to  required  templates
  • Schedulinginterviews  for  candidates  and  feedback  interview results
  • Negotiatingpay  and  salary  rates  and  finalizing  arrangements  between  clientand  candidates (more often done by the BDM, but confidence and strong communication skills are a must, should this need arise)
  • Offeradvice  to  both  clients  and  candidates  on  pay  rates,  training  and  career progression
  • Reviewingrecruitment  policies  to  ensure  effectiveness  of  selection  techniquesand  recruitment  programs
  • Usingsales,  business  development,  marketing  techniques  and  networking  in order to  attract  business  from  client  companies
  • Visitingclients  to  build  and  develop  relationships
  • Developinga  good  understanding  of  client  companies,  theirindustry,  what  they  do  and  their  work  culture  and  environment

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluency in English is required, any other European languages are a plus
  • 5+years  relevant  work  experience
  • Goodknowledge  of  MS Office  suite, and at least 1 ATS or CRM
