Job Description

As a Project Manager, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the project lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in planning the project, execute the project, monitor the progress, control budget, and bring it closure.   You will also play an important role in management of issues and risks.   You will guide teams on project timelines, processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to manage highly complex consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.



  • 8+ years of overall IT experience with minimum 5 years of experience on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations.
  • Should have knowledge on project planning and be able to create detailed project plans.
  • Should have experience in project risk and issue management.
  • Should have team management experience, handled teams of size 50+. Ensure high team morale.
  • Should be able to have tough negotiations with the client without impacting the client relationship.
  • Should be able to coordinate multiple stakeholders, vendors and subcontractors.
  • Planning and Co-ordination skills.
  • Local Language speaking skills.



  • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
  • Passion for technology and have good technical knowledge of D365 CRM
