As a Principal Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution.   You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution.   You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

 

Required

  • 12+ years of overall IT experience with minimum 8 years of hands-on experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, which includes D365 sales, marketing, service, PSA and Field service modules.  
  • Should have knowledge on Requirement Gathering and preparing solution based on fit gap analysis.
  • Should have experience to create CRM functional design for the business requirements.  
  • Lead a team of consultants in understanding as-is business and create to-be business maps
  • Engage in multiple applications with clients.
  • Participate in high level discussions with the client, especially in orals for new RFP.
  • Identify opportunities and bring new business
  • Planning and Co-ordination skills

 

Preferred

  • Management experience is a plus
  • Planning and Prioritization skills
  • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
  • Proficient in Local language speaking skills
