We’re looking for a IT Project Officer to:

• Maintain our Jira order book and assign tasks to resources

• Organize team meetings, working groups, workshops and stakeholder governance meetings

• Production and maintenance of project documents (presentations, status reports, financial reports, etc.)

• Assist the Delivery Unit Manager and Software Product Manager by responding to project related queries, reports, status updates, etc.

• Take over project management role for small projects

• Project cost management and control – budget, forecast, actual (Administration in PPM and other SDLC toolsets)



You’ll be working in the Analytics Data Sourcing team in Manno, closely collaborating with colleagues located in Basel and Zurich. We provide the data foundation for UBS wide reporting solutions, integrate classical data warehouse and advanced analytics solutions and offer data consulting for our existing data sources. Job Requirement:

• min. 2 years of PMO experience support preferable in the finance industry

• Good understanding of operational processes and project methodology especially in agile environments

• Expertise in producing high quality documents and presentations with Microsoft Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

• Highly preferable that you have a good knowledge and experience with tools like Jira, PPM, Confluence and SharePoint

• Experience in order book management is a plus

• Great communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels

• Solid organizational skills

• Highly motivated, able to work independently and apply own initiative

• Fluent in English and German to support local client base
