- Initiate and manage Sales & Business Development process. Establish new client opportunities in Pharmaceutical industry.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that maximises opportunities across full breadth of EBM, HEOR, Market Access, Medical Affairs data and analysis service offerings.
- Keep track of customer and competitor intelligence along with the market trends within HEOR, Market Access and Medical Affairs to ensure Company service penetration into EU Market.
- Assess growth within industry and identify business development potential for key accounts,
- Responsible for client strategy, satisfaction, and retention,
- Maintain successful management of accounts which requires developing a strong client pipeline, advancing business opportunities, penetrating accounts, and providing superior client service,
- Maintain an ongoing understanding of the company’s products and services, competitive products and services, and market and industry trends,
- Understand customer objectives and strategy, information needs and applications, and organisational structure to gain clear understanding of current and forward-looking requirements and opportunities.
- Be responsible for building the Company brand in the market through appropriate channels, continuous customer interactions and effective marketing campaigns.
- Be responsible for generating monthly sales progress reports and maintaining effective communication across management functions.
- In close collaboration with the scientific delivery teams, manage the relationship to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirement:


- Advanced Degree in health economics/outcomes research-related discipline, pharmacy or medicine with MBA in International Marketing is preferred.
- Possess a minimum 10 years Business Development experience with a proven track record of marketing in HEOR/EBM/Market Access/Medical Affairs field in US/EU Market. Must have a quantifiable and verifiable track record of exceptional revenue and profit growth serving in the CRO / pharmaceutical / life-sciences Services Company.
- Global mentality with international experience and the demonstrated ability to work well across multiple geographies and cultures. Experience working across multiple geographies and markets is preferred.
- Team player and Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the scientific delivery and other internal teams.
- The position will require exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, effective in one-on-one communications as well as group presentations.
- Candidate should have strong negotiation skills, and be persuasive, professional and effective.
- Candidate should be able to think critically and creatively with a central customer focus, be process and performance oriented with a constant drive for improvement.
- Comfortable with extensive travel for longer periods covering the entire market.
