We are looking for a HR IT Business partner who has commercial training as well as several years of professional experience in the IT recruitment and collaboration with Hiring managers and vendors, to align with market strategies and priorities of the company.



·        With  your  passion  for  HR  management,  you  play  a  decisive  role  in  establishing  a  growth  culture  and  are  a  competent  and honest  sparring  partner  for IT  managers  for  all operational and  strategic  HR  topics  

·        You  recognize  and  understand  the  business  requirements,  especially  in  the  tech  area, and  develop  suitable  solutions  together  with  the  other  HR  functions  

·        Responsible  for  the  recruiting  lifecycle  -  from  the  clarification  of  needs,  the  target  group-oriented  advertisement  and  application  management  to  onboarding  

·        Responsible for identifying, engaging and managing external agencies/partners for talent sourcing

·        Active  management  and  participation  in HR  projects  including  the  optimization  and  implementation  of  personnel-relevant  processes  

·        Development and  establishment  of  a  data-driven  HR  approach  including  the  creation  of  analyzes  and  reports  

Job Requirement:

Your  must-haves  

·        Successfully  completed  studies  with  a  focus  on  personnel  / HR  management  or  a  comparable  qualification  

·        Relevant professional  experience  as  an HR  generalist, HR  business  partner, ideally  in  the  digital  or  IT /  tech  environment  

·        Minimum 5 years of experiences and demonstrated success in recruiting developers, functional analysts and software delivery experts

·        Thorough Knowledge of handling Data engineering, Java/Scala/Python/C++, DevOps, Cloud and PM/BA requirements

·        Independently manage sourcing of candidates and evaluation of candidate experience, skills, goals and competencies to determine best fit for role

·        Defining, implementing and continuously refining your offline and online search strategy to find and engage with target talent prospects, while maintaining an active pipeline of top talent for the vacancies

·        Thorough knowledge of Search techniques like networking, social media (LinkedIn and local networks), applicant tracking systems, job boards, stack overflow, Github, communities, etc

·        Able to communicate effectively, orally and in written form at all levels

·        Excellent people skills and able to relate positively to the team

·        Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team

·        Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritise multiple tasks

·        Be thorough, accurate and able to deal patiently with enquiries and requests

·        Be flexible and keen to learn

·        Have a creative approach

·        Show enthusiasm and commitment to the role

·        Fluent in English and French is must, as well as experience in French market
